Complaint Review: Ecyclebest

Ecyclebest quoted $203 for my Samsung S4 in a very good condition. I received an email stating that they were sending me $130. I emailed them back and requested for my phone to be sent back to me. After several emails and countless phone calls, I got an email stating that if I wanted my phone back I needed to call customer service. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. I spent days calling. For two days, all I got was a busy signal. Then one day, after waiting for 45 minutes on hold, I managed to talk to someone who simply said that my phone was gone.

I WAITED TOO LONG ON THIS CALL! All he could do was compensate me another $20 to gratify me! Twenty more dollars? I went back on the website to see what the quote was this time around, and of course! It was still $203! When I informed him of this, he then proceeded to tell me my phone had too many cosmetic flaws. I can swear that my phone was in an excellent condition. Their quote was for fair condition.  They scammed me and I am extremely upset.
