You go in  their lot and see all the flags on the "Pre-Certified" section. The truck I picked out was in there too. I had to put the flags in the back seat to test drive it, then he tells me "There werent any flags on the truck".  According to them,"All our used cars/trucks, are pre-certified". Ed Bozarth gives a double warranty for ALL thier pre-certified vehicles, according to them and is even listed on thier website as pre-certified and carfax. I still have the copies..Yet in the end, you are told, "No it wasn't a pre-certified vehicle so you get no warranties". In fact when I went back the second time, they tagged on a "NO warranty as is" sticker that wasnt there before and told me again it cant be covered because it "Isn't a GM vehicle". Its a Dodge" HUGE deception right there. The two warranties were bumper to bumper for two years and 12,000 miles of free minor service.

I was told the battery was new, it had 6 speakers as well. The battery was NOT new and there were only 4 speakers. They told JP Morgan that the truck was a 4 speed automatic and its a 6 speed manual. When I came back the next day to test all the lights, the battery was dead. The "NEW" battery ( sorry I have to laugh). Then  The financial officer , after all was said and done, I was handed the keys and was just about to say thank you,. when she just ignored me , walked away like Id never been there and took a another customer back to her office as If I didn't ever exist..

I was told 3 times Id be getting an "Emmisions voucher" and still hadnt received it 8 days later when they were supposed to hand it to me that day I took the truck. I had to call again, write emails and then "Marcus" the guy who "sold" me the truck, told me "Oh yea, I mailed it yesterday which was Saturday, saying he mailed it Friday. LOL< no , you didn't mail it Friday, you mailed it the day I had to write an email to the financial officer and she contacted you then you contacted me and lied again you had mailed it the previous day. I was born  but not yesterday. The only reason I put up with all that crap was because the truck was a really good one or I would have told all of them to raise the level of their consciousness to something with honesty involved and walked the hell away.

They have quite a system there, talk smack in an exaggerated fashion, get ya alllll hyped up  ( which didnt happen because Im too down to earth and honest not see, was kinda taking it ll in as an outsider), repeatedly telling you "What a good deal this is", then pump you up the a vice president??? Then assmebly line you into the finacial office with contracts. Oh did I forget to mention, Marcus was wondering why the financial officer didnt give me the nice Ed Bozarth key chains that she gives at the end of signing the contract.. Thats because after I signed the cointract, I didnt exist, Why would she remember to give me some key chains?? I mean isnt that part of the whole thing? In the end? Give em some key chains?

I don't even know how they can let this guy sell cars unless they like his deceptive manipulative  way of ambulance car selling. Sorta of like ambulance chasers. As long as they make the sale , THATS what comes first. Lie, misrepresent, make it seem like an illusion of something it isn't.

And to think I went there in the first place, because they deem themself a "Very honest Dealership"
