On July 12, 2014 I called and spoke to Laurie regarding bringing in my vehicle to repair due to a recall.  She said she would order the part and call me.

On July 29, 2014 I spoke to Laurie because I had not heard anything.  She was rude and abrupt stating that if she didn't call me then the part was not in.  As of today, 8.20.14 no one from Ed Bozarth has called.  I guess I need to have an accident or purchase a vehicle in order to get quality service from these bozo's.

On August 9, 2014 I contacted Findlay Chevrolet 6800 S. Torrey Pines, Las Vegas, NV regarding getting my recalled vehicle serviced.  They immediately schedule me an appointment, called me a week later to advise me that the part was in and scheduled me a sooner appointment.  Now that's service.  They were friendly, great customer service and did not make me feel like I was bothering them.

I submitted a review on Ed Bozarth's website and it never got posted.  I guess they don't want any negative feedback listed.

Stay away from Ed Bozarth in Las Vegas, NV.  If Laurie is a representation of their company they should go out of business!
