Tried to get a brand new 2005 Tahoe serviced. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and never worked on it. The service tech had numerous excuses ie; the parts are backordered, the parts are here just waiting on a mechanic, the parts are not here - must have been left on truck, computer problems, ect.

Of course they never called me, I had to call them and wait on hold every time I called. They promised every time that they would call me "tomorrow" but NEVER followed through. When I finally got fed up I was unfortunate enough to speak with Nathan Ray - service manager. He would not address the fact that his service reps are liars that don't follow up with customers. Tried to charge me for "diagnostics" that were never done. When I refused to pay he became petulant and said "don't ever bring your truck here again". Like being a return customer was an option at this point.

Local mechanic did in 4 hours what Ed Bozarth could not do in 2 weeks - fix my truck.

Ask the locals here in Grand Junction - this place has a bad reputation. Watch out for these guys and don't expect any help from the so called service manager.
