Ed Meister and his merchant services crooks! Don't remember the reps name who cares! Product not what it was, rep and manager, who i found was named Ed did nothing on backend to help me! Baltimore Maryland

First of all, you need to read the recurring news with Wells Fargo and their crooked ways, just dumped all the business banking and merchant services with this awful company! long story short, i agreed to a lease on a CRAPPY Clover processing station for my business and was not disclosed all the fees, including set up, app fees, prorated fees and 1st month. 1st bill was outrageous! from there, hardly any disclosures on how my transactional fees were going to be charged, first few months of bills my fees were more than what i was bringing in!

called the rep, rep her manager was Ed and was informed as i was heated and wanted out of the lease. no call or anything. I spoke to several other business owners that have used wells fargo merchant services and told me to run away, these guys are poorly trained all about numbers and do not care about their clients. i sat on the phone with customer care for hours with no help. now my lease went to collections and i'm filing a compalint about this hellish ordeal. SHADY COMPANY WITH SHADY EMPLOYEES!
