Ed's Marine Superstore, located in Ashland, Virginia, should be avoided.

If you value customer service in the least, avoid them. You will be tempted by their prices, but ask yourself: at what cost? Avoid the aggrevation of them never updating you on the status of your order, or the status of your repair job, or the incompetance of their parts department.

I have heard many stories of their lack of customer service, some paralleling mine, others even worse. Why do people go here and get treated like that?

I will never deal with Ed's Marine Superstore in Ashland, VA, again. I will not be lured by their discount prices anymore. I will gladly pay more, elsewhere, in order to avoid the heartburn that this company has given me. I will be sure to tell anyone looking to by the products they sell to avoid them as well.
