Complaint Review: Edazz - Edazz.com

I bought a computer case and power supply from Edazz.com. The handle on the case broke off, when I tried to pck it up, to move it 5 feet in my room. This happened 2 weeks after I bought it. They have a 30 day warranty, that they refuse to honor. They ignore my emails, and phone calls. I want a refund.

Comments I only want this case if the shipping cost ($4.89) reflects what was listed on pricewatch. Most places offer free shipping. I will not pay $11.33 for shipping.

The power supply must also be AMD approved, or it will void my 3 year protection plan.
