Complaint Review: Eddie Barrett Seat Company

I purchased a pair of Wicked Bomber Seats from Eddie Barrett on December 7, 2010! He explained to me that he only accepted Personal check or Western Union! So I did it! Not doing any research on Eddie Barrett I sent him a check! Big Mistake! After owning almost 55 automobiles at different time over the last 20 years have never been ripped off purchasing parts! Not once! Then I made the mistake of attempting a transaction with Eddie Barrett that never was completed on his behalf! I wrote him a personal check on 12/7/1010 which was signed and cashed on 7/10/2011! I actually have spoken to him several times and he returned my emails for a while! Then of course about three months ago all communication on his behalf stopped! In every single email he wrote to me he stated that the seats would be at my front door in two weeks! This happened time after time! The last time I called him he accidently answered his phone not knowing it was me! To try to get me off the phone he told me how sorry he was, and then asked me what size t-shirt I wore. Then again told me my seats would be at my front door in two weeks and that he was going to throw in some free t-shirts in the box with the seats! Sweat! Just what I wanted to do! Advertise for him! I can go on and on about how crooked Eddie Barrett is! He uses three different web addresses so he can stay at the top of the listings due to all the recent bad reviews on him!  http://www.ebsccorp.com/   http://www.barrettseats.com/    and    http://www.eddiebarrett.com/    He has been steeling money from people all over the US! If you call him today he will answer the phone and sell you some seats and you will never get them! NEVER!! I am not going to stop or forget about the Eddie Barrett Seat Company criminal acts! I will do all the leg work on stopping this fraudulent business. File a Complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General, File a complaint with the Resident State Trooper of Durham Connecticut. (Trooper Peter DiGioia). Also post article on (Rip Off Report)!

(This is the Way Eddie Barrett deals with his costumers! I dont think calling him a few times a week is harassment for never receiving a product that I paid for almost a year ago!) If you are the irritating customer that calls all the time and is harassing in any way.
The squeaky wheel does not get the grease at EBSC. Once you cross that line, you will
go to the back of our work list and this will happen every time you are in anyway
bothersome . If you are a forum gossiper and are bad mouthing your order will sit
completed on a shelf until remarks are removed.
