Removed tile roof but never came back to install the metal roofing after I gave him the $17,500 for materials. Also employed some sketchy employees. All total, I was out about $20,000 for roof repair never done and water damage sustained in my house after he left without protecting the roof during a rain storm.

sounds like he did the same thing to us, he did not protect the materials and just took our money I posted a rip-off report about him today and waiting for approval if you need his address to serve him it is on my rip-off report. If not let me know and I will give it to you.

eddie Diaz also scammed my company out of 1900.00. I paid him 1900.00 to construct a simple enclosure for a business and he not only did not do the work but refused to give my money back his paperwork is currently with the District Attorney in San Antonio, if you need his address to serve him let me know.
