Complaint Review: Eddie Small - Paving General Contractor

Eddie Small, General contractor, contracted to put down asphalt at my residence and he and his men left before completion of the job.

He provided a false address  (((REDACTED))) ( confirmed by myself by driving 20 miles to find and confirm the residence and occupant who had lived there for nearly 20 years and had never heard of Eddie Small) and refused to answer his telephone (757-914-5078).

I contacted his Son-In-Law's residence (another contractor) and was told that they would contact him and have him call me. He still did not call me.
