I ordered a edenPure heater in March of 2011, did not need it so put it up till cool weather. Took is out at the end of Oct.. It did not work, I called the company and they told me it had been 7 months instead of 6 months so they would be sending me a referbished heater instead of a new heater, which I paid for a new heater,  which cost me $372., because it had been over the 60 days period I could no longer get my money back. They tell you none of this when you order the heater.

Also, you must pay to send back the heater that does not work, this is another $30. out of your pocket. After sending back 3 heaters, I ask for a phone number to speak to someone at the office of endenPure, you also have to pay for this call. I called and they would not let me speak to anyone, they put me through to the same people I had been talking to and told me the same thing, to send it back.    All I want is my money back
