I bought online a few things at Edgars on 6 May 2020. The amount worth the items is R1759.80. I have made several calls asking where my parcel is, non of them could answer my question, there was 2 people who actually put me on hold fot plus minus 10 to 15 minutes, 1 lady just put the phone down in my ear. I actually have evedence. On 2 July 2020 I have received an sms, "due to your order being misplaced by the courier, we have refunded the amount back into your account.

I made a call, once again asking them how much did they refund, because I didn't trust them after all these calls, the lady said the amount refunded on my account is R435. Until today I haven't received any parcels from them and an amount of R1324.80 is still outstanding!! It has been 2 months and 2 days today!!! I have never had a problem with Edgars before, in fact I was always so surprise in how quick their deliveries are.

The virus pandemic I took in consideration, I new it will take about 2 to 3 weeks, but this was absurd. Also I paid on 1 July 2020, R5000 on my account, my statement dated 7/7/2020 doesn't even reflect that amount that I have paid!!!
