Complaint Review: Edge Talent

This Company requires you to pay to attend the interview and the training sessions. During the almost nonexistent training sessions, you are promised lots of support and extraordinary money for your time that you will spend.

During our training, I asked the question, "if we work hard, and no kids sign up for the program, will edge take care of us for our work?" The answer was yes. I then asked, " if we are producing our commitment leads to the recruiters and no one signs up after the four week probation period, will edge pay us our base salary as agreed?"

The answer was again yes. We have had zero support, and zero honesty. I have invested seven weeks of hard work every day, and they refuse to pay me on red cent, because their recruiters can't close the deal. Stay away from this Company at all costs. I will be looking for another job, and my families Christmas is ruined.
