Complaint Review: Edgemont Prd. Bank Card Empire

I am filing this for my dad an elderly man 87yrs old to be exact and this company has taken advantage of him in the tune of $6000.00. I have tried to get the money back from my Discover Card for him and they are looking at it but I probably will not get it back. IHe recieved a CD and a folder for the money and Now he is supposed to call companies in the area to see if they want a credit card machine or a cash advance up to $25000.00. How is a man that old going to do that? HE didn't realize what it was about and now he is out the money. Can anyone help?
