EdgeStar Products Dehumidify mode does NOT work as expected and as per specifications AustinInternet, Texas
This concerns the EdgeStar AP12000HS-1
In the "Dehumidifying Mode", the unit does not work at all as per the user's guide and as per the specs.
All the water goes into the drainage pan, as a result you have to empty it manually very often.
I am having to entirely redo my installation, and I have no way to connect the drain valve to outside.
