Complaint Review: edible arrangements

Wanted to get something different but nice for my wife, I have seen the commercials for edible arrangements in the past and thought I would give them a try. I ordered for Valentine’s Day but the order never arrived. I called the next day and they did apologized and said they would try and get delivered in the next day or so. I was taken back by this and said its ok I think I will just explain to her and take her out to a nice dinner. So the young lady asked me what she wanted her to do and I said I would just like a refund back to my card, she said they don’t do refunds, being in disbelief of what I was hearing I asked to speak to the manager imagine my surprise to find out that she was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner or maybe get the Corporate number I was told that she could not give me that information. I don’t know about a refund but I did call my bank. I don’t know who would do business like this and expect to stay in business for long.
