Ordered online on Sunday, 20 September 2020 a Bright Fruit Flowers, 12-count Dipped Fruit Box: Happy Birthday Box, Custom Dipped Fruit Box Sleeve: 1 Happy Birthday Sleeve and a Balloon Bundles: Birthday Bundle to be delivered on 22 September for my Mother’s 90th birthday. The cost was $107.20.

Staff informed me at 11am via voicemail day of delivery "sorry we ran out of flowers" - you can send more strawberries. (Order had been placed two days earlier!!!) Well, if I wanted to send more strawberries I would have ordered more. Mouthy, rude and condescending girl on phone thought I should accept her solution. I cancelled the flower portion of the order (ordered a stunning bouquet from Flower Bowl Florist in Walnut Creek - absolutely exquisite); girl stated the strawberries would be delivered that day by 5pm - nothing was delivered at all. Most unprofessional business I have ever dealts with, ever!!! No respect or professionalism for online order process, communication, customer service, or delivery!!!  False offer on website for products and delivery.

Received a refund this morning, the day after the 90th birthday delivery was to be made and I was told on the phone by the girl in the store it would be delivered no later than 5pm on 22 September 2020.  How embarrassing for me!!! Completely dissatisfied with the staff response, lack of delivery (meaning NO strawberries, flowers or balloons delivered) for a 90th birthday by Edible Arrangements on Newell Avenue in Walnut Creek, CA.
