my experince happened with EE when i purchased a demo kit for home parties Sept 28th 2004
I ordered the exact kit i wanted paid by master card $250.00 when the Kit arrived 3 boxes it was nothing i ordered when i called to complian the ownwer got on the phone anbd gave me bull about getting a kit out to me for a party coming up Oct 17th when i shipped it all back minus what i gave the hostess due to no hostess gifts and placed the order for the new items for the clients i got a cold response after threatning to sue that all items where damaged and no refund is coming back. i have filed with BBB, FTC, Orlando Chamber of commerce I have even had my husband turn it over to the credit card company

This was not the case customer ordered specific items then changed her mind to get items rushed out items for upcoming party which we have emails to prove. We had spent ours on the phone to help her sucesful in the business. We never had threaten to sue not our style. She sent back only several used items wanting a full refund , then submitted a chargeback with her credit card. Needless to say we were ripped off. She was able to get her money back and we lost products.
We have been in business since 1999 and have had no complaints.
