Last year we placed our house with this realtor, during that time he stated that the closing can be done with out us being present.

This was needed due to our reloaction was overseas.

FINALLY the house sold in OCT, almost 1 year later not only did they force me to give the buyer a 6,000 sum to close the deal, I had to fly back for the closing. I had to fly back, no reimbusment of expenses, ticket was over 1100 USD, hotel etc.

Basically Edina / Brian mis represented that they could full fill all the contract requirement. This is a breach of contract, Mis leading statements is a breech of the Lic. Board of relators in Minnesota and the guy , nor manager has the time to dicuss this Edina is only in it for then selfs and does not treat the client or home buyer witgh the respect that should be given, their fees in total for selling my house was ove 19,000 USD, including forcing me to give th new buyer a 6000usd to close the deal. I actually lost money on this house.

Beware Edina makes false promises and does not follow the Minnesota Realtor Rules Polices that are set up to protect the public.

Robert has made a claim that is laced with lies. I could spend a lot of time responding to each false accusation, but it is easiest to say that every claim in his repsonse is untrue.

Robert received a very fair offer on his home which was on the market during a difficult time, he was never forced to pay the buyers $6,000, and worst off, he did not have to fly back to the U.S. to finalize the transaction, but tried to use this excuse to get a free trip back to the states to see his family.

Edina Realty or I did not breach any contract agreement or breach any Minnesota Realtor rules and/or policies.

Roberts accusations were unwarranted and without justification and I am truly saddened by his attmept to manipulate the situation and use extortion tactics.
