2 people, Tiffany Rears and Mr. Lowe, were soliciting magazine subscriptions to help put them throught colege. I purchased 2 magazine subscriptions, one totaling $67 and the other $65. I paid by check and believe this is a fraud. I have stopped payment on my check.
