I ordered the Edloe fitch Harlow couch from this company after seeing that there was almost 5 star reviews on the couch. The couch was promised delivery in 2 weeks.

After waiting more than a month I had to reach out several times to see when the couch would be delivered. The couch was delivered my one man and he was dragging the boxes into the house. The boxes were destroyed but thankfully the couch wasn’t.

After having the couch a month hoping that it would soften up and become comfortable to sit on I looked back at the website and started really investigating the reviews. As to I was very confused how it could have suck a high star rating. The reviews on the couch was not for the couch. They put all Edloe reviews on every piece of furniture. So they are not actually putting a correct star rating on their furniture.

I wrote a 1 star review and am yet to see it up. So they are not posting accurate reviews. I reached out the the company and they said I could not return the couch without the boxes. So I was supposed to save boxes that were destroyed in delivery due to the company only having one man deliver the couch. I tried to find a solution, this couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever felt.

I offered to pay for them to send me new boxes with no response. I feel that this company is misleading in their reviews and the return policy is fraudulent. I feel that they deliberately require the boxes to be saved even when that is very difficult to do with one man delivery and damage to the boxes so that returns are not possible.
