A TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY!... This is the worst company ever. DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP OF CHEAPER PRICES!... 



On August 2th they sent me a mail message in which they require a verbal confirmation of my order to prevent fraud!. I call to the company's phone number 877-304-2583, extension 1750 and a custmomer service named "Henry" took all my information for verification. 



I payed in full this same day August 2nd by doing a wire transfer directly from my Bank to this account # 733865364 with Routing # 021000021. The name of Bank is: JP Morgan chase. Address: 1501 Ave M, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Amount of the wire transfer was $2665.44.



By August 6th I sent an email to EdnashWorld (sales@ednashworld.com) to see if someone can give me an update of the status of the order because I see the order in the same status as "Being Picked WH1"; and "Henry" the customer service from EdnashWorld told me they received the wire transfer and package was supposed to being picked on Monday August 9th.



By August 10th I verfied the status of the order online and it was on the same state. I called EdnashWord to cancel this order because I'm affraid this is a fraud. Someone from EdnashWorld sales department told me "No way Jose" because order is already shipped. So, when I ask for a tracking number they refused to give it to me and put the excuse "I will send tracking number tomorrow".



I decided to find reviews and opinions from customers who bought before from this company. And what I found its that this company is totally a fraud. Most complains are that when you place an order for a NEW item; what they do it's they send a refurbished or an opened and use item. By today is date I didn't received anything; plus I called Henry on August 12 during the evening and all I got was a voice mail. I leave a voicemail message and let him know that if I received an used/refurbished item then I will not going sign the shipping papers from the carrier (FedEx, or UPS or any other carrier) so that the carrier have to returned the item; plus I will open a new dispute to my Bank for FULL REFUND of my money due to a fraud made by EdnashWorld. I payed for a NEW/UNOPENED Item; not an used/refurbished one.



I called EdnashWorld on on August 15th and some one from customer's service told me that the item

has not been shipped yet. I called again this same day around 5:45pm and tried to talk with Henry but

all I got its the voicemail. I leave a voicemail explaining to cancel the order IMMEDIATLY because the order has not been shipped yet and what they are doing it;s lying on customers.



I called on August 19th to check the status of the cancellation and "Henry" told me they are going to refund the money minus shipping and handling ($496). I told him "That's impossible because the item has never been shipped. Henry argued that item was shipped and he can't refund unless he gets back the item from the freight company. 



I was very upset and I claimed for the name of the company and tracking number. He gives the the Freight company name "AM Trucking" and the tracking number "H25579". 



I called AM trucking and the customer service who attended me told me "This tracking number is not on the system" Also they checked for my name, address and phone number and NO DATA WAS FOUND"



EdnashWorld wants to STEAL ME $496 of shipping charges for something that NEVER HAS BEEN SHIPPED!. 



I request FULL REFUND for this. Also I opened a claim with NJ Customers Affairs. Lets see what will happen!...I dont know why locals sue this company with lawyers!



SO, DO NO BUY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!!......
