On July 9 I was filling out online apps for payday loans--yes i know not a good thing but the rent was late and needed to be paid--and either I goofed and filled out an application for the Homeland Card thinking it was for a payday loan, or, and this is most likely, the application for the loan was also piggy backed on the Homeland card, thus applying for one you apply for both. When I found out on the 13th from monitoring my checking account.

I called the number they had on the check, finally got thru to their so called customer service, they looked up my account and said they were deactvating it and were sending be fraud forms. That was fine, but when I asked for my money back it would be determined by the fraud report. When I replied regardless, I want my money back--I was told that if it was not fraud but a mistake on my part, I was out of luck because I had a three day time frame to quit.

I will be calling my bank and disputing this charge and requesting my money back.
