I applied for a short term loan on line this is how they got my bank information.

I have called both numbers that appeared on mt bank statement but with no success. I have also gone to the website as suggested on their recorded message and also have not received a response. This is truly a rip off my account is now overdrawn.

I just got through to someone and spoke to Jasmine.

I advised her of the charges and she told me that I need to file a police report for the fraudulent charge and to submit it along with my bank statement. If it is determined that the charges were fraudulent that I would be refunded my money via a check.

And EDP reporting is a JOKE!! You pay them 29.95 per month, they 'give' you $10 on your card (minus the usage fees), and they report to the credit burease about your credit history???? Talk about a scam!

In short: in one years time, you pay them approx $360. They 'grace' you with the spending power of $120 (ohhhh, don't forget those esage fees.... or what it costs you each time you use the card because it's prepaid), and they tell the credit burease 'This person is great, they have a credit line of $10, $20, $30 etc, and always pay it off.

I hope that you get these guys good for what they do to people!!! It's bad enough that someone would actually sign up for a program such as this, let alone be blindsided without consent!
