This company withdrew $159.95 from my checking account, without my authorization. I never applied for anything through this company name. I have no clue where they got my information. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to contact someone at their 800 number, I either sit on hold for about 45 minutes or more, or I get a recording that their office is not open yet, try their website. There website consists of three little boxes, that if you click on any of them, all they do is tell you that the company is closed. There is one option that you can email them, which I have done 3 times now, and I still have not gotten any response. Their website states that if you send them an email, then it will be 24-48 hours before a response. Well it has been more than a week, which is a little longer than 48 hours, and I still can't get ahold of anyone.

All I know is that I want my money back. I just don't understand how companies can get access to this information without any authorization or knowlege of the person that it is happening to.

I saw the other complaint filed, and I don't know how a company can tell someone to call the police and let them handle it, when the company is in the wrong they should refund our money.

Just wanted to update everyone and let you all know that channel 5 news here in chicago has called me twice about the story and are talking about putting on their target 5 news story segment. I will keep everyone updated as to when it will be aired. To reply to the last update left on my complaint: I did not file with the bbb, instead I went to 3 of the news channels here in chicago and also one of the news channels in california.

I sent this complaint, no response from Bridget. I also sent an email to the company. I did finally get a response. Bridget told me that she has a copy of my online application. I responded to her by telling her that I want a copy of this application. She told me that she would send it out to me in the mail. Well, I don't know what kind of mail she was sending it by, but that was a week ago. I have no application or proof that I applied for this card, no card, and still can't get any response to my emails or complaints. I even wait until 12 noon my time, which would be 10 am their time to call, and still can't get ahold of anyone. If anyone else that has filed this complaint would like to group together and sue this company and get out money back that was unknowingly taken from us, then please respond to this complaint and lets show these people that they have to stop taking advantage of people. When I am done typing this, I am going to send this information to channel 5 news, and the bbb.
