Complaint Review: EDP Reporting - Liberty Union - Liberty Union Card - Prime Mutual

I live in Detroit Michigan, receive my social security disability to this account and I was a victim of this scam company ripoff and fraud activity. They immediately took $159.95 out of my account without my permission; I wrote to them via email because they do not answer their 818 or 800 number. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and my bank. Later they wrote back and sent a bogus letter advising me to go to the police and how fraud is important to them. I wrote back to tell them I was not buying this and I wanted them to immediately replace my money to me or I will take legal action to expose them. I learned that others were burned by reading your website.

I first got a message from a Debbie, then this person named Valeska R. See they don't even let you know their last names. I am going to fight them until I get my money back and if they do not respond with my request, they will end up paying more than $159.95. This company has caused me my rent money and now I don't know if I should keep this account open or not. I probably will close it and reopen a new one just to make sure they do not access my account again. Meanwhile I am placing my complaint about this company to you.
