I was charged $99 by this company for a loan application,decided not to get loan and cancelled because $99 was to much,and I just had lost my job.I recived my bank statment and there was a $99 charge on my account.i called the company to find out why i was charged,and i wanted a refund ASAP! the woman i talked to said to be more careful and ihad to fill out a cancellation&refund form.i recived the form on 3/27/09 faxed proper paper work on 4/3/09.Recived e-mail from company saying i waited to long and i cant have my money back.i have sent so many emails and left so many messages requesting my money back for about a month now and iits been so stressful.as i menitioned before i had lost my job on 2/18/09 and having my money taken from me is not a good feeling.there was also a $30 charge from my bank to me cuz of non-suffiecent funds because i was not expecting this charge cuz i cancelled my app. on line.i also sent that proof to company and demanded my $99 back including the$30 fee.they refuse to give that back also.i just want my money back asap.i feel that they had tricked me out of $129 total.Iwant my money asap.
