Complaint Review: EDPCard

I wish to report a withdrawl from my bank account without my ok.I had not intended to buy a Card associated with a prsonnel loan and was turned down because of my credit was not good enouth. I do not blame them but they should have followed the application to the end and not follow through with the card. This was a rather normal route to follow.

The witherawal effected my bank acount by chargine a fee of $25 and this was automatic. Any way I did not want the card at any price. All I expect is to have them refund the withdrawal and all will be just fine. This, I hope is not so inconvenient, for them.
