I was calling to see if I can get financial help of up to $1,500.00 but after talking with customer service person I decided that this is not what I wanted and told the representitive to cancel me and the next thing I new I was being charge fees to my checking account, which I made a mistake by giving it to them but that is what they wanted from you before you was talk to as part of the pre-screen for the loan. They charge me after I said no without my permission to my checking account of first $49.95 and then $159.95. I e-mailed them to ask for my money they stoled from my account but I haven't received any reply. If there is anything you can do to get my money back I will appreciate your help. It's doesn't seem much but it's a lot when it is taken without your permission of taken it. So, far as I can see this company is a big rip-off and I glad that I cancel my checking before they stollen any more.

This response by this alleged employee, and the second response just show what the standards of this "company" are.

Using "are" for "OUR", ant "thur" for THROUGH, etc. People who are illiterate should not come on here and try to be smart and correct people.

Then you sit there and call the OP and others liars. They clearly stated the information was taken over the phone.

This "company" is a total scam.

Edp Reporting, Llc Or Edpreporting.com i was applying for a payday loan. i filled in all the information put my int in box and the next thing i know checks were bouncing from my account. i called my bank and they told me that $159.95 was debited from my account. i ended up paying for all the checks that bounced plus a service charge of 34.00 on each check. a total amount of around 449.00. the bank could do nothing. As I've stated in my rebuttal above we do not and have not pre screened any one for a prepaid debit card over the phone. We are not a finicial advisory for loans. This is STRICTLY an online order (not thur a third party)Anyone can go on the internet and fill out the application without being prescreened as you so put it. Only completed and submitted online orders results in a CHARGE. Once Again WALTER this is an internet online order not a OVER the phone order. You have the option of reading and deciding if you want to be charged the processing fee or not, by not giving your personal information until you have read and understood the TERMS and CONDITIONS this is also done on the internet NOT BY A PHONE CALL TO A REP as you so put it.

In response to Bridgett whom I take works for this company that stole money from my checking account I did fill out your application on the internet before I was e-mail with the phone number from your company to called back to speak to one of your representative and told him that I didn't want the service and I don't see any attempt to refund my money back to me that you taken out of my checking so what is up with that.
