Edpreporting dishonest fraudulent billing $159.95 on 6/17/06 no response to e-mail at either FC or edp.. Valley Village California Internet
On June 17, 2006 my account was charged by edp reporting. I do not know who edp reporting or how they got my account information. I contacted edp reporting by email and also contacted my bank about this situation and got no response from either regarding this matter. I did not know where to turn to get help concerning this matter. I continued to go to the edp web site hoping to hear some information. When I discovered this web site and realized that I had been ripped off I decided to pursue this matter further.

I do apologize for the inconvience this may have caused you, but if you have been venting on this sight there has been plenty of suggestions for help offered to you and many others. I have referred many angry consumers to call Debbie at 818-487-0672 exit 141 to help resolve issues. I believe they have done so because I haven't heard any complaints of not getting the matter resolved. Perhaps you may find our company is not in the business of what people seem to write out of angry and frustration But we our there to give assistant to whom ever believe there has been a fraudulent charge for the purchase price of one of the products we support we will make every effort to bring resolution.We will and do cooperate to the fullest with the local Police Dept. We will turn over the applications as proof of the authorization for their full investigation. We would like to apprehend the criminals just as much as you and anyone else would like to. Might I suggest you giving Debbie a call at 818-487-0672 x141.
