Edpreporting Not mentioning the price of $159.95, refuse refund, lame excuse to keep your money. ripoff California

I out of good faith, I thought I sign up for some identity theft protection! Therefore, in the internet, I came across website: edpreporting.com I'm not sure, but I think their services was $29.95 This I had done on August 22,2006.

When checking on my checking account on August 25,2006; I notice that a $159.95 was withdrawn? (which the a application number I was gaven from edpreporting.com was #46490544.)I immeditately called my bank, and told them what happen, that I want or don't buy anything online over $40.00

I was told to file in a fraud complaint, and dispute the matter; and that I did on 08/28/2006.

Also on 08/28/2006; I called edpreporting.com and spoke with someone there, and mention that I will like to cancel this order before it arrives and request my refund of this $159.95 cause I wouldn't had ordered from your services if I had of read or known it was $159.95

I was told that I had only 3 days to cancel this order; Your; order was on 08/21/2008; and from 8/21 to 8/23/06 was your three days. And the day is 8/25/06.

I replied to that saying by saying: So this is what this company or whatever it is do! You take the order,knowing that it takes three days for the bank transaction; and the bank customer won't also have their readout on their account or bank statement until after these three days; then once the transation had been completed,gotten the persons money then all of sudden, I'm too late for my refund. And it even hadn't been 5 days!

I made my order on 8/21/06; about 12:00 noon to 2:00p.m. and called to cancel this order on 8/25/06; which I found out about this $159.95 withdrawn from my checking account on the morning of 8/25/06; after coming home from work at 1:41a.m.

Then told them,this isn't right what you people doing... And you will stand account on this kind of stuff before God, after this life is over with, you just don't know it yet!

I will file my fraud complaint with my bank and dispute this issus to the fullest,even if I have to get an attorney, it's really about the wrongness you people doing, and it's ironic that the FBI or other enforements don't put and end to this entire ripoff's.

I KNOW THIS MUST BE A BAD TIME FOR YOU AND I DO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED YOU. BUT I DO NEED TO POINT OUT AFEW THINGS YOU STATED IN YOUR COMPLAINT. THE CANCELLATION PERIOD IS WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE TIME THE ORDER WAS TAKEN NOT TO MENTION WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER WHICH DAY A PERSON DECIDES THEY WOULD LIKE TO COMPLETE A ON LINE APPLICATION FOR A PREPAID DEBT CARD. I THINK 3 DAYS SHOULD BE PLENTY OF TIME TO DECIDE RATHER OR NOT A PERSON WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THEIR APPLICATION.

IF YOU HAD TAKEN THE TIME TO COMPLETELY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE COMPLETE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICATION YOU WERE APPLYING FOR PERHAPS THIS COULD HAVE ALL BEEN AVOIDED.

NEVERTHELESS MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED DEBBIE IN FRAUD AND COMPLIANCE ONCE YOU DIDN'T GET THE SATISFACTION YOU WERE SEEKING, I'M SURE YOU HAVE BEEN VENTING ON THIS SIGHT LIKE MANY OTHERS HAVE. ALTHOUGH THE PEOPLE THAT DO VENT AND GET IN TOUCH WITH DEBBIE AS I SUGGESTED MAY NOT SHARE THE EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH HER PERHAPS BECAUSE THE RESULTS HAVE ALL BEEN ABOVE SATISFACTORY AND DO NOT FEEL THE NEED TO RETURN TO THIS SIGHT.

YOU TO WILL ALSO FIND OUR COMPANY IS NOT A SCAM AS YOU SEEM TO THINK. ONE THING YOU MUST REMEMBER SIR YOU HAVE STATED THAT YOU DID APPLY FOR THE CARD AND THEN 4 DAYS LATER WANTED TO CANCEL YOUR APPLICATION. MOST BUSINESS THAT I KNOW DO HAVE POLICYS THAT THEY MUST FOLLOW. YOU ALSO STATED ON YOUR EMAIL TO US SOME COMPANY'S REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM UNDAMAGED YES THAT IS VERY TRUE BUT THIS IS A ON LINE PURCHASE FOR A PREPAID DEBIT CARD. THE PROCESSING OF YOUR APPLICATION BEGANS AFTER YOU HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON AND ONCE THEY START PROCESSING THERE IS A FEE FOR THE SERVICE PERFORMED. THERE IS A BIT OF DIFFERENCE THEN A RETURN REFUND POLICY.

Yes you're edpreporting.com preys & fools so they thank of you as.

I received a email from edpreporting.com reading "I have found your online order which is proof of authorization for the purchase of the prepaid debit card. After reviewing proof of authorization for your order of the prepaid debit card, according to the date 8/21/2006____you subitted your online order and per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to you are not eligible for any refund. As stated on the order, cancellation requests made nore then three (3) business days from the date you sumit your online order will not receive any refund.(Starting from the word cancellation; this part was written very dim.)

Once the order has been submitted it is an automated process which can not be stopped. At the time of submiitting the online order, the pomputer IP address, time and date was captured for security. You may request the prepaid debit card to not be mailed to you or keep the prepaid debit card order as is.
Please let me know, if you want to stop debit card from being mailed or leave order as is in either case no qualifying refund applies.

My reply "No, I don't want your debit card, just my refund; I have no idea of what this debit card may cost me on the very first time I use it, perhaps thousands of dollars, a half of million, who known? The suprise you people gave me by charging me $159.95 for a debit card I know I counldn't had paid this price for;I couldn't trust you people as far as I don't and won't have absolutely nothing to do with the devil himself, know where he's going and his follower's too... You doing people wrong up here on earth now, only the devil knows what you're going to be doing when you all get down there.

I will file my fraud complaint and dispute this wrongness of edpreporting.com with my bank!

Last of all, How can you or why should a person cancel their order before the three (3)not knowing the shock of the $159.95 they were changed; When they order your debit card, it wasn't no $159.95 mention? Then you people shock order's with this $159.95 price,after the transaction, then tell your order's, you had only three (3) days to cancel, how could they had canceled when the deal is in transaction and there wasn't no shock yet of this $159.95

The order's only wants to cancel after they read the shock on their bank account balance; then you people write some lame excuse like the order's is too mentally blind to see what you had done!

Making your order's feel like a fish caught at sea, dead and everything else and there's nothing can't be done about it.

But to you people that once had been a prey of edpreporting.com as like I was...

Let edpreporting.com know that you will or had resurrect from dead; and it's does happen, Ask Jesus Christ!, Satan and those nuts thought that they had him out the way, thought! So like wise, there's a resurrection in you, and help out there in this world to help us fight against edpreporting.com in ripping off people as like ourselves.

They got their people; we also got ours!
