Eduardo Salazar stolen money through paypal fraud Porterville California
Eduardo Salazar charged or transfered money (484.99) from my paypal account causing a bank over withdraw. Paypal called and tried to put a reversal on the charge. The investigation through paypal is still going on as of (11/12/08).
