This job is advertised as a Career Specialist position that helps people get jobs as well as back into school to further their education.
But in actuality its a sales job that forces people to call us in order to complete a job application.
In which the job application never gets completed because their main goal is to get us as their employees to make new customers for these schools they are contracted with by forcing people to have these schools contact them.
The company is shady. They have no way of paying their employees, which explains why they hire and fire within a few days.
I witnessed after being hired how in four days they fired a new employee who was hired along with me, all because she didn't meet her sales quota within those days, meaning she didn't lie and mislead people enough into getting them to involuntarily recieve school advertisement phone calls.
They didn't even let her reach her 90 day probational period.
I worked for them for a short period and my last check was never direct deposited into my account as I was previously told. Instead I had to go to the job to pick it up.
After depositing it into my personal banking account , the check bounced after a couple of days. To make a long story short, I have been going in circles to get paid with my earnings.
After speaking to several employees who were clearly hired to lie for these managers because they do it too well and promise to call you but never contact you back, I am still without a paycheck because they claim the company is having problems with their investors, are trying to get money from them, and still have yet to hear from them.
This company may seem like a legit company with great pay but after working with them you realize how unstable they are and how incompetent their managers and higher ups really are.
Its now been one month and three weeks since I've been paid. Such a waste of time and energy.
It's definetly not for you if you are an honest individual looking for decent employment and not trying to lie your way to bonuses while cheating and taking advantage of struggling americans just looking to apply for work.
