I was notified in April of 2006 that my daughter had been selected by "Who's Who Among American High School Students" to have her academic biography published in their yearly book.

ECI (publishes this book) claims that by having her achievements listed in this "prestigious publication", she will have a better chance of getting a college scholarship.

I sent them a check for $63.95 last April and didn't hear a single word from them until I called their number 2 months ago.

ECI claims that my daughter was just nominated but not "selected" to appear in their book, so I asked for a refund of my $63.95 and they agreed that a refund was in order.

They have been giving me the run-around for over 2 months now (customer reps telling me to call back next week, when I call back they take all the info again and say they are sending it up for investigation and claim they will call ME back with the status but I never hear from them). This has been going on for too long and I'm sick of it. I just want my refund.
