I already pay a Student Loan to HESSA PO BOX528 Newark . NJ. I know many years ago my youngest daughter had made a phone bill in my name. I found out about it and the phone company wre liable and  I did not have to pay. S he took out a Student loan and added my name years ago without my permission. S he is not allowed in my home she is now 33 years old. I   call the company and was told it is in defaut and given to Ponierrs, The letter  had also US Department of Treasury  Bureau of the Fiscal Service PO.1686 Birmingham Al 35201-1686. I found out it was open November 2013 and itwas also ECMC 111 Washington Ave  1400 MINNEAPOLIS MN 55401 (615)m 221-0566.  How can I  stop this?

They stated on the leter Treasury will with hold 15% of  your Social Security  benefit payment and funds may be with held until debt is resolved. We will try to begin by 04/2018  so you have time to act they said in letter. I did not give them any additional information over te phone. The letter also stated the Teasury Offsrt Program is 1-800-304-3107 or visit

It was also stated the enclosed warning notice you owe US Deparment Of Education Federal Offset Unit PO BOx 5527 Greenville

I did not give them any of my banking information or any thing over phone. They have called I just let the machine answer. I refused to be harrassed and give out any information over phone. I hope and pray you can help me.
