Beware of Edward C. "Ned" Gordon, commercial real estate magnate. He is an unethical and immoral businessman, doing business in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and beyond.
He is a vice president for the MEG Companies, a commercial developer based in Londonderry NH. He is not listed on their web site, though, they are too smart for that. He owns many commercial properties under various LLC names. Harold Vickerry, Salem Vickerry, Hudson Vickerry, just to name a few. He owns the Nashua Mall in Nashua NH, and many of the tenants there will tell you all about him as long as you promise anonymity.
For many years he has falsely proclaimed to be an owner of Hannaford Supermarkets. He extorts money out of people to get his way with commercial development. He changes rent amounts on tenants without notice. He protests against developments for no reason other than to get a piece of it for himself. This can all be confirmed with Donald and David Eaton of Eaton Partners (they used to be the "E" in MEG0, Vince Tulley of Tulley Buick, the Meckels of Benjamins Dry Cleaning, Chunky's Movie Theater and the list goes on.
He fabricates claims and sues people endlessly, out of desire for pure harassment. With these fabricated claims, he sues destitute, bankrupt people.
