While sourcing for a loan I came across an ad on Kijiji N0. 1372093956.

There is a set up fee of $488 which must be paid with the completed Letter of Intent. LENDER: Jarjenco Credit Corporation, 1 Yonge Street, Suite 1801, Toronto ON. M5W 1W7 For further information contact Edward S. Anthony: Office: 416-363-0153, Cell: 905-512-6855.

He asked me to e-transfer $488.00.

I explained to him that I had Diabetes and would I still qualify. He replied yes, Diabetes is not a terminal illnes and almost everybody has diabetes.

I requested a loan of $45,000 plus the insurance policy with RBC of $855,000 for a total loan of $900,000.

I told him I wanted to meet in person of which I did on July 26, 2018.

I had some resevations as I told him that I saw some derogatory reports about him personaly and his company and past companies.

He shrugged it off explaining that was two years ago and you can`t keep everybody happy.

I being in retail for many years understood this statement and gave him the benefit of the doubt.

After signing the Letter of Intent, him giving me a spiel on how this program works, I have him the $488.00!

He said that someone from RBC Insurance would be calling tomorrow to begin the process.

No call from RBC! He explained to me that he was on vacation.

The following week, still on vacation.

The week after that still on vacation.

Tried to call him back and texted him he said he would be out of the office for the rest of the week.

The RBC agent would be back August 27th.

Then he had an appointment with an alternate lender.

Then he was out of the office because he was ill and had family issues.

Then he says he would complete the loan for me and be funded the following Tuesday.

Today, I told him that I was on my way to the office.

He replies to me not now I will let you know.

I replied today though, right?

Finally he writes back to me explaining that his personal health and family issues have worsened over the long weekend and therefore he could not continue with his business. He apologises and said he will refund my money next week once back on his feet!

Hence my actions of today!
