Complaint Review: Edwards Rose and Sons (Bella Vista property)

They have a dog on property that has bitten 2 other dogs. They stated that they want to remain "neutral" in the matter. They advertise several breed restrictions but there are several dogs on site that do not meet the restriction and those dogs are not service dogs or emotional support animals because i asked 4 of the owners. They simoly do not take their pet policies seriously at all. I had to file a police report on someone in my building because he was following myself and a neighbor around taking pictures of us and our cars. Police said the management would have to decide if he could remain on property. I reported the incident to the assistant manager and asked if she would follow up with me after addressing the matter with guidance about what to do moving forward. She told me that she would not because she "could not violate his privacy" NOT AT ALL what i was asking her to do. Efforts to reach out to regional management and corporate were futile as i could never get any feedback from them. You dont want to live in a place that would endorse the managers on site to handle things so poorly. ESPECIALLY when were essentially stalked by a resident who is having paranoid delusions
