EEI Security I used them for 2+ years and they didn't do what they were supposed to. Wrote cancel on bill and they are hasseling me for payment after they canceled service. Rip off artists. Tampa Florida
I used EEI Security for 2+ years. I asked them repeatadly to come out and secure my windows to alarm system which they never did. I paid by the year so when the year was up and I received a bill I wrote 'cancel service' and returned.
I noticed in a couple of weeks that my service discontinued and then I got a phone call from them for the payment. They said because I didn't cancel to a certain address my contract rolled over. So another words, they want me to pay for a service that doesn't exist. I asked them to fax or send me a copy of the contract numerous times but they never did. They are rip off artists and their service was like not having any. Be very careful, they don't care about their clients or their name.
