I had the same problem with unwanted payment being taken from my account. After searching on the Internet, I've found the Customer "Care" support:

went into the web site www.eelimit.com and click on the Account Cancellation Form under the How can I stop the billing? section.
I'll filled in the form with my email and card number from which the payment were been taken and then I got a confirmation page that my subscription was cancelled, but I also found out others payment that were going to come out which I had to cancel on by one....
I haven't got my money back but the payment were stopped. I've heard that some people struggle to get connected when calling for their cancellation so the option above is the quickest I can suggest. My bank has help neither they would stop the payment so I sorted it out myself.
