This is true because I have never recieived any corespondance from them about any shipments or costs. After refusing a shipment they refused to credit my account for their outrageous pricing! This company refused to issue a credit for returned product as they say I did not receive a return # . Of course I have never received any corespondance from them telling me of the policy. The product is very costly and being inexperienced about on line ordering continued to receive orders totaling approx $800.00. Being on a very limited budget I was very upset. I found a phone # and immediately cancelled my "subscription". Which I also did not expect. Because I refused delivery the company refused a refund.
