EEMTC, INC They won't respond to emails/phone calls re: return item Santa Ana California

 After placing an online order in search of a replacement remote for my tv/dvd combination tv. 

I got item quickly  But I couldnt get it to woork the dvd....  One reason could be that EMTC

did not include any info on how to use the remote. What the buttons do, etc... Also I finally 

did get it programmed fofr tv, but dvd sgtill not working...

 

I emailed, I called  & still no contact back from them in regards to either get me directions

for the remote.. Or to give me the  'how to'  do the return properly,  as to get my refund 

back..   I feel so ripped off....
