efaucets has a fraudulent retruns policy.
I ordered a phylrich diverter and found after I ordered the part found that it would not work. when the item arrived I looked at it put it back into the same box with the same packing. Shipped it back to them.
They recieved the part back in their warehouse Mar 26, 2012.
Call them April 27, 2012 was told I would have a credit -15% with in 3 to 10 business days.
Call them May 7, 2012 was told I would have a credit -15% with in 3 to 10 business days.
Called them May 22, 2012 they are now telling me the part was damaged and will not refund may money!
I am still waiting on the photos they took of the part!
DO NOT order from them!!!!
arrrrr!!! they are not honest!
