eFaucets.com Returns are Impossible Racine Wisconsin

Even though I tried to make the return the same day I received the items, it took a 15 minute phone call and then another 2 days to get the return authorization via email.  They require that it be shipped back to them by the same method they originally shipped, either UPS, FedEx, etc.  Then there is a restocking fee.  Then it will be 30 days after they receive the item before they issue a credit.  Horrible customer service.
