PLEASE do not order from this company or their sister company tableclothfactory.com. i beg of you not to use either one. i ordered 22 round tablecloths (with matching napkins/runners/sashes) etc. the tablecloths were supposed to be 120 inches and they measured 113 to 116 inches. they did not come close to the floor! i am fortunate i took one to the rental place early to make a mock up with the dishes/glasses etc. i even took a video and pictures showing it was not close to the floor and this company made me pay shipping costs (over $100.00 for 4 boxes) to return them and only honored the tableclothes when it came to not charging me the 20% restocking fee! they told me to "stretch" the cloth and it would get closer! they asked for pictures and the video as if they did not believe me. there is NO LIVE person to deal with...just a chat line with extremely rude people...sabrina and randy!
PLEASE don't make the same mistake i did. i found CV linens in austin that had the same items and even LIVE people who pick up the phone and help you! CV linens will also price match! i hope to prevent others from having the same issues...DO NOT ORDER FROM EFAVOR MART OR DISCOUNTTABLECLOTHS.COM!
