Complaint Review: Efavormart.com

We ordered several bows in ivory, we received bows in white. When I called the bogus number (1-626-401-1278) it sends you thrugh a labyrith of buttons to push to eventually leave a message. When I did the "live chat" with the fictitious Sabrina, I was told the order wasn't correct from my end. That is total BS since we have all our orders reviewed prior to ordering. When push came to shuv, they offered a price reduction if we ordered the bows again. If I made the mistake why would they offer that....oh guess what, I just received my "letter of confirmation" from them as I am writting this...how funny. They have the odasity to put yesterdays date and I just received it. I thought that this would have been received the instant I made the order. This is just getting better....I am blaming myself for not researching the company. Also, please note that the company was called ya ya creations at one point and time. I wonder why they had to change their name? At any rate, this company is making ordering on-line a really bad experience. I also have several numbers for them should anyone else have been ripped off and would like to call them:
