Efax Efax.com charged over $900.00 to our credit card fraudulently and refuses to refund Hallandale FL

On May 27 2013 We have noticed that we have been charged $16.95 every month for fax service which was did not exist since July 2008 due to fax number ported to another company, the charge was for about 58 months, we did not see that before since we do have 1 other number that is active with that company.

We have called efax on May 27th and spoke to a lady, she opened a case and told me someone will call me within 48-72 hours with response, we even e-mailed her evidence that the number was no longer with them since July 2008.

Nobody called us back, today June 24 we called customer service and spoke to a representative by the name of Zman, he said that Efax has decided to give us a "credit for "about $203" but this will not be refunded to our bank account and it will remain as account credit, I told him that we are expecting $983.10 and he said "This is not going to happen not 700, 800 or 900 dollars"

He said that this is the finance department call and it can not be changed, I asked for a name of the person in the finance department and he said that he can not provide that.

We have call recording in all inbound and outbound calls so I told him that he is recorded.

We would like Efax to actually refund the $16.95 X 58 months which is a total of $983.10, and of course we would like a refund to our bank account and not to our actual efax account.
