EFAX - J2 Communications Terrible customer service - Plus a rip off when after 5 years of no action, but continued billing my card Internet

I started using this company's service, willingly, back in 2004. I was a loyal and satsfied customer until I moved country in 2008, and was told that the new country did not have available fax numbers, and therefore I could not continue my service. I was told immediately that the account would be closed. 

No such luck! I noticed one year on that the service was still being billed for, and contacted the company. I was asked for my EFAX number, and since I didn't have one, and nothing was listed under my email address, there was no way to look up my account.

As my credit card was about to expire, I wasn't concerned about it, since the they would be forced to end the subscription. Or so I thought!

1 Year later, after the expiry of my card, and having recieved and using a new card, the charge was still appearing. I contact my card issuer, who told me, that since it registered as a MEMBERSHIP, they could not interfere. I explained that it was a service, and not a membership at all. 

Again I contacted EFAX, and received the same bold story, no efax number, no service. 

5 years on, I have finally managed to stop the charges, but have been unable now, for more than a week to reach anyone at customer service, only the sales line answers, to help me retrieve my refund for the last five years. 

This company may not be a Scam in the true sense of the word, but they are certainly noyt ethical, and do not abide by any normal moral code. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone be supporting this Company. 

May Kharma, in all her glory, rain bankruptcy down on this enterprise!
