Is a scam company and has charged my credit card numerous times even after cancelling. I then sent them an email (shown below) to tell them to stop otherwise I will post my review about their horrible service plus the irrtation of having to do anything else to cancel my account would make me write this report about their services. Just because you have peoples credit card information, DOES NOT mean you can continue to charge their card for services that I did not want and that I cancelled. Be careful when using eFax® | Online Fax to Email | Internet Fax Services eFax® | Online Fax to Email | Internet Fax Services because of the fact when you cancel, you didnt cancel. They will continue to charge your card and then when you email them they tell you to call 800-287-3499 to waste more of your time to cancel your account. Hopefully my account will remain cancelled this time however, you all have been warned about this company.
Also, if you search reviews online about eFax® | Online Fax to Email | Internet Fax Services eFax® | Online Fax to Email | Internet Fax Services you will see 1 star ratings everywhere. I wish I would have seen that months ago. This company needs to be stopped from being able to charge your credit card once you cancel their service.
