efax scam ,have been continuing charging my account after I cancelled my service perth welshpool Internet

Receive this in 2016 May

So I replied  back 

 

please close our account 

thank you 
 
So I literally thought they wont charge my account again till March 2017 , our accountant asked about this  monthly payment ...I quickly contacted them and got the following email

The refund request was denied due to the company's "No Refund" policy.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact eFax Customer Support at 1800-132-818.

What???NO REFUND POLICY ??
 
The email I replied to cancel the service is the email address advertised on their website, they have received my email regarding cancelling the service but they avoided replying but continue charging on my account 
 
 
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY,I WILL REPORT THEM
